Samuel Pauling is a director and cinematographer working in 35mm, Panavision, and large-format digital.

His work blends emotionally grounded storytelling with epic-scale visuals - often shot on location with real film, real light, and real stakes.

 

Past collaborations include Kodak, FotoKem, Panavision, and Augustus Color in Italy. His latest feature "Dream" was shot on Panavision 35mm/ARRI Alexa LF.

 

Samuel is currently developing "The Last Apostle", a biblical epic set to be filmed in 35mm and IMAX in Greece.
